Our guarantee
Never Zero is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase. Because of this, and because you consent at checkout to immediate delivery (see our Terms of Service regarding the EU statutory withdrawal right for digital content), refunds are not available as a matter of legal right once the product has been downloaded.
However, we want you to actually use this, not just own it. So we back every purchase with our own guarantee:
If you go through the Never Zero Workbook and it doesn't help you handle a bad day differently, e-mail us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no guilt trip.
How to request a refund
E-mail info@getneverzero.com from the address you used to purchase. Include your order number or receipt (found in your confirmation e-mail). Let us know it didn't work for you — you don't need to justify it in detail.
We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
What this covers
The core Never Zero Workbook purchase. Order bumps and upsells purchased in the same transaction flow, on the same 14-day basis.
What this doesn't cover
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase. Cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
